By accessing or using the JustJeet application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
JustJeet is a platform designed to facilitate transactions and bookings between service providers ("Providers") and clients ("Jeeters"). The App allows for secure in-app payments, booking management, notifications, and other related services.
To use JustJeet, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
All payments are processed through the App. While there may be a small transaction fee, it is designed to go unnoticed. Payments are transferred directly to the Providers' bank accounts, ensuring timely and secure transactions. JustJeet works with major banks to ensure the security of your funds.
JustJeet may offer a subscription service. The subscription fee is £14.99 per month, though this is subject to change. Subscription details and updates will be communicated through the App.
Providers set their own fees for services. JustJeet is not responsible for the pricing or services offered by Providers.
JustJeet will send notifications for booking confirmations, payment statuses, special requests, and reminders for profile updates. By using the App, you agree to receive these notifications.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Providers. JustJeet is not responsible for any cancellations or refunds. Providers and Jeeters must resolve disputes independently.
You agree to use JustJeet in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activities. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App.
If you encounter any issues, you can report them through the App’s reporting feature. JustJeet will investigate and take appropriate action to resolve the matter.
